Aches and pains can be brought on for a variety of reasons and osteopathic care isn’t just about treatment of these pains. It’s about understanding your body and your lifestyle as a whole in order to get to the root cause.

I firmly believe that successful treatment relies on partnership: working together to restore and maximise your health. Healthcare can sometimes feel a bit like a conveyor belt but my promise to you is that you’ll never experience this here. I really do take the time to understand you as an individual, including your medical history, physical and mental health and your goals, so that I can tailor and personalise your treatment to fully complement you – you’ll never be just a number. With over 10 years of multi-disciplinary practice experience, I offer the highest level of ethical osteopathic care to people of all ages, from newborns right the way through life.

My clinic is based within the Heavy Metal Gym in the centre of Ilkley, with convenient, free parking on site. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll also be excited to know that my little side-kick, Nula, sometimes comes along with me and loves to be part of your treatment session (only with your consent of course!). She's great at making people feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease.
